Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner
- Strong experience working with stakeholders and technical development teams
- Experience managing the implementation of a customer application portal
- Background in Agile methodologies, including leading daily stand-ups and scrum sessions
- Certification as a Product Owner or Scrum Master preferred
- Ability to influence and make decisions across multiple teams
- Experience in financial services is highly advantageous, particularly in mortgages and loans
Responsibilities
- Define product vision with senior stakeholders
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Help build, grow, mold, and shape the Product Roadmap and product direction
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features
- Lead daily stand-ups and scrum sessions
