Must:
I am seeking candidates who have experience as a 2nd or 3rd line technical support engineer. You should have a strong foundation in technical support and be looking to advance your career. A driving license and access to a car are essential for this role, as occasional travel to client sites may be required. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, Virtualisation Technologies (particularly Hyper-V), and Cloud Technologies (Office 365/Azure) is expected. You should also have experience in leading the installation of servers and networks, along with the ability to make proactive decisions during ICT emergencies. Exceptional customer service skills, combined with effective verbal and written communication abilities, are necessary. An independent work ethic and excellent time management skills are also important.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to manage 2nd and 3rd line technical support while providing outstanding levels of customer service. You will assist in mentoring 1st and 2nd line support roles and lead various projects from inception to implementation. Internal network support may be required, along with training for internal staff.
