Must:
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills and confidence when working with people. A genuine interest in IT software and technology (including systems, coding, and cloud computing) is essential. You should have a Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent) and reliable transportation to our office in Strixton three days a week, as our location is not accessible by public transport.
Responsibilities
As our IT Apprentice, you will gain a blend of training and practical experience, which includes:
- Handling support tickets and troubleshooting client issues in collaboration with the team.
- Participating in product development meetings and contributing ideas for new features.
- Assisting in project management by building, testing, and implementing demo systems.
- Aiding clients as they go live and start using our software.
- Learning to use various tools such as HappyFox, Jira, Redash (SQL), HTML, and CSS.
