Requirements
Must:
We expect you to bring deep knowledge of AWS, along with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible. You should have a proven record of leading high-impact cloud projects and possess a thorough understanding of cloud security and governance. Your experience in performance tuning and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with GitHub, Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), monitoring tools, and serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda is key. Experience with Windows/Linux servers or AI-enhanced IaC will be considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
As our Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead, you'll take charge of our AWS platform, driving automation-first practices to improve how we deploy, scale, and secure our systems. You will lead a small, skilled team and collaborate closely with product squads. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our DevOps capabilities, implementing powerful CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing generative AI tools for Infrastructure as Code.
