Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience in .Net (C#) at a senior or lead level
- Proficiency in C# / ASP.NET (Core & Framework) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, particularly Angular (v8)
- Experience with MySQL, GitHub actions, and Azure
- Familiarity with tools like Playwright and Docker
- Any exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, V0, or GitHub Copilot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Take on a Lead Software Engineering role in a growing SaaS product company
- Work directly with the CTO on adopting the latest AI/LLM development tools
- Mentor and lead a small development team
- Collaborate within an Agile framework with the support of an Agile Scrum Master and excellent technical product teams
Description
We are a growing software company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, recently invested in and bringing offshore work back onshore. This position requires working three days a week in the office and two days from home, making it easily commutable from the Milton Keynes/Bucks area. We offer a competitive salary of around £65K, with a range of £60K - £70K and a flexible benefits package.
