Responsibilities
- Redesign and rationalise CRM roles and permissions to create a clear, secure and scalable framework.
- Review and restructure Azure / Entra directory to align with business needs, including distribution and security groups.
- Lead a thorough clean-up of legacy accounts and outdated groups to improve governance and security.
- Help scope and support a SharePoint redesign project to modernise collaboration.
- Support the rollout of a new email signature and Teams branding solution, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the organisation.
Description
