Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in ICT support and services
- Experience with Desktop Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Proficiency in mobile management (Android) through MDM (Intune)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows administration tools
- Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Nutanix (Acropolis)
- Experience with remote access systems like TeamViewer
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
Responsibilities
- Support internal customers to maximize the use of technology
- Deliver high-quality ICT Service Desk experiences
- Implement new technologies and improve ways of working within the organization
- Provide proactive maintenance to ensure our technology remains in excellent condition
- Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Work within the extended Leicestershire ICT Partnership (LICTP) which may require travel between sites
