Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support (1st & 2nd line)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
- Proficient in Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Experience with Windows Server 2022
- Understanding of Hyper-V environments
- Knowledge of Exchange online
- Proficient in managing backups using Acronis
- Experience maintaining Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have the right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the business (1st & 2nd line)
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
- Support Windows 10 and 11 systems
- Manage Windows Server 2022 environments
- Oversee Hyper-V environments
- Maintain Exchange online services
- Manage backups using Acronis
- Ensure the maintenance of Ubiquiti networking equipment
- Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding
- Apply updates, resolve incidents, and maintain documentation
- Support practices aligned with Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001
Description
We are a growing business located in Birmingham, West Midlands, seeking a Mid-Level IT Administrator to support, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure and end-user environment. This full-time, permanent position requires the successful candidate to work from our office five days a week. We offer a casual dress environment, a company pension, a cycle to work scheme, and on-site parking.
