Requirements
Must:
- Experience in SAP testing or product configuration testing.
- Understanding of variant configuration and product logic.
- Ability to design and execute structured test scenarios.
- Strong defect analysis and documentation skills.
- Seeks efficiencies in processes through automation.
- Great communication skills when working with both technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute technical testing of complex product configuration within SAP and interlinked systems.
- Validate variant configuration behaviour, rules, dependencies, and complete end-to-end flows.
- Prepare test scripts, datasets, and expected results.
- Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activity, collaborating closely with business testers.
- Reproduce, track, and analyse defects, working with configuration analysts to resolve issues.
- Document all test results, evidence, defect logs, and sign-off materials.
- Contribute to cutover rehearsals and pre-production validation activities.
- Facilitate project testing lifecycle (Unit, SIT, and UAT), steering test criteria based on complexity of projects, tracking defects through to go-live readiness.
- Support cutover preparation and business readiness ahead of go-live.
- Support post-go live hypercare period, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
