Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Adaptive
- Good understanding of common financial reports and accounting principles
- Ability to act agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in complex FP&A System Development and Administration of Adaptive Planning
- Experience in using an EPM tool from an end-user perspective
- Skilled in gathering requirements and estimating effort to deliver those requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Workday Adaptive Platform certified
- Certified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or Part Qualified Accountant with industry experience
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous improvement and maintenance of the Workday Adaptive solution
- Provide technical support for BAU activities
- Maintain and update modelling solutions
- Assist Super Users with data mappings, integrations, and system maintenance
- Perform system health checks
- Facilitate the development of the product roadmap
- Collaborate with the platform architecture team to develop and release end-user requirements
- Provide technical expertise for system enhancements
