The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and systematic, demonstrating a strong work ethic. They should be caring, patient, possess good problem-solving skills, and have excellent customer service abilities. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and managing pressure to achieve tight timelines. A proven track record of achieving sales completion targets in a residential environment is essential. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with strong influencing and networking capabilities. We value those who have a commitment to change and continuous improvement, innovative thinking for service delivery, sound numeracy, analytical, and project management skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude is crucial.

Responsibilities

As a Property Sales Progressor, you will support the Head of Progression in achieving team targets and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include progressing an allocated caseload of new sales from application to completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of sales, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also manage calls, emails, and tasks effectively while ensuring timely responses to all queries. Administrative duties will include checking sales and financial documents for accuracy, managing solicitor instructions and amendments, approving mortgage offers, processing completions, and conducting audit checks. You will be expected to maintain and update internal and external databases with accurate progression and forecasting notes, generate and utilize reports to manage workloads effectively, and adapt quickly to different sale types and tasks as needed. Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape is essential to adapt strategies accordingly.
