Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
- An excellent background in C++ development or experience in modelling-related industries such as CFD, Oil & Gas, or Gaming
- A minimum of 4 years of project lead or team lead experience
- Strong experience in liaising with customers on requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A technical background or relevant engineering experience is essential
Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master at our organization, I will involve you in the day-to-day management of a team of 10+ engineers. You will play a crucial role in leading the development team on a new range of products that we are bringing to market. Additionally, you will contribute to the architecture and future planning of these products. This is a semi-remote role, with most of the team working in the office four days a week.
