Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in user research for digital products or services, ideally within corporate environments.
- Solid background running and moderating usability sessions, particularly one-to-one.
- Confident in selecting suitable research methods and designing robust studies.
- Hands-on experience analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and drawing out clear insights.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workloads for yourself and others.
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating findings clearly to non-research stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in information architecture, usability and accessibility and how they shape user experience.

We are a well-known consultancy seeking an experienced User Researcher to support one of our Financial Services clients in Manchester.
