Requirements
Must:
We need an experienced security and identity professional with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, cloud security, and operational leadership. You should have at least 4 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity leadership, along with hands-on expertise in IAM tools (preferably Saviynt) and authentication protocols such as LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. Additionally, cloud security experience with AWS, Azure, or OCI is crucial. Knowledge of scripting/automation in languages like PowerShell or Python is also a requirement. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security, or Microsoft Identity would be desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal position within our Global Technology Operations team, you will own and manage the security roadmap. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing an enterprise-wide IAM framework, collaborating closely with the CISO function to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities, and leading responses to any identity or access-related incidents. You will also be tasked with developing, enforcing, and maintaining IAM policies and procedures, as well as translating security risks into clear, actionable operational tasks.
Description
This role is crucial as it bridges cybersecurity strategy and operational delivery. You will work closely with the CISO function to ensure that high-level security objectives are translated into actionable outcomes. Your initial focus will be on defining and implementing a comprehensive IAM strategy that ensures robust, scalable, and compliant security operations. Additionally, you will help shape the broader security roadmap, embed standards, and foster a proactive security culture across our technology teams.
