Requirements
Must:
- Strong AWS/Azure infrastructure knowledge
- Experience with Windows/Linux, cloud networking, IAM, and storage
- Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, or cloud security tools
- A consultative, customer-focused approach and a team-first attitude
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demos focused on disaster recovery, backup automation, and fast recovery
- Lead technical discovery and design tailored disaster recovery solutions
- Guide customers through proof of concepts and provide pre-sales technical expertise
- Respond to technical RFPs and support partner and cloud provider engagements
- Stay updated on cloud and disaster recovery trends, representing us at industry events
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to share insights and enhance our offerings
Description
We are looking for a cloud-savvy engineer with strong AWS/Azure knowledge who can explain technical concepts clearly. You may come from a support, DevOps, or solutions architecture background and are eager to take on a more customer-facing role.
