Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a combined Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity in corporate environments
- Background in delivering projects or programmes within software engineering or closely related areas
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ask questions, interpret complex information and propose clear solutions
- Proven experience influencing and managing stakeholders across multiple teams and locations
- Confidence working with large datasets and turning analysis into clear, data-driven recommendations
- Experience with ServiceNow and/or Snowflake would be beneficial
- An interest in AI and its adoption in corporate settings, with AI knowledge beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape workstreams that support AI adoption, integrating third-party tools and building internal AI capabilities
- Manage and analyse a portfolio of workstreams focused on AI adoption and software engineering initiatives
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams while transforming large datasets into actionable insights
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define solutions, and align outcomes with their priorities
Description
We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst for a 6-month contract based in Glasgow, with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading initiatives that enhance our AI capabilities and support software engineering efforts.
