Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of designing and governing large-scale workplace solutions within highly regulated environments (Banking/FS).
- Deep expertise in Slack Enterprise Grid including EKM (Enterprise Key Management), user provisioning, DLP, eDiscovery, and retention compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Google Workspace including Gmail, Drive, Shared Drives, and Admin Console governance.
- Strong understanding of SAML/OAuth, event frameworks, and API-based automation.
- Experience working on Carve-outs or complex platform migrations is essential.
- Slack Certified Admin or Consultant is desirable.
- Google Workspace Admin or Technology certifications are desirable.
- Familiarity with Architectural Frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman) is a plus.
- Experience with the wider ecosystem (Atlassian, O365, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Lead Solutions Architect for all matters related to Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and associated integration ecosystems (Identity, Security, Messaging).
- Define future-state collaboration architectures aligned to transformation objectives and enterprise banking standards.
- Lead technical workshops with CISO, Engineering, and Risk partners to translate business requirements into robust architectural artifacts.
- Design complex integration patterns between Slack, Google, and core banking systems (IAM, DLP, Monitoring, and Workflow automation).
- Provide hands-on guidance for Slack Enterprise Grid configurations and Google sharing controls specifically for divestiture and separation activities.
