Requirements
Must:
We require a proven background working as a Data Architect within large, corporate environments. You should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, as well as knowledge of ITSM frameworks including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and Agile processes is essential. Additionally, strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder engagement are crucial. Financial Services experience would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and design data architecture for the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will ensure compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and industry best practices. Collaborating with internal teams to improve data quality and governance is a key part of your responsibilities. You will also audit and improve data structures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while engaging with stakeholders to define and implement effective data strategies.
