Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, RTE, or Program Manager within large-scale transitions
- Strong background in managing software delivery and IT application development
- Proven experience applying Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking within large, complex organisations
- Track record of delivering on multiple large-scale initiatives involving both in-person and remote global teams
- Practical experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures up to the Portfolio level
- Exceptional leadership ability to motivate high-performance teams and build relationships across all levels of a global organisation
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex agile matters and organisational coordination
- Assess agile maturity across multiple teams and develop bespoke plans to increase delivery velocity and process efficiency
- Identify and dismantle systemic blockers to scaling Agile across the enterprise
- Assist in the identification, collection, and reporting of agile practice metrics and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) ceremonies
- Lead agile events, boot camps, and intensive training sessions while maintaining collaborative communication tools
