Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a skilled IT Manager who is experienced in working as part of a small in-house IT team. You must possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as proven expertise in IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive technology strategies that support business growth. Specific requirements include:
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise software systems (including Microsoft Azure, Azure Files, Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams including Teams Phone)
- Proven laptop hardware support (Windows/Mac)
- Proven support for iOS/Android mobile devices
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Proven track record of managing an IT helpdesk
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- IT management experience of at least 2 years
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom

You will support digital transformation initiatives and manage the IT team to deliver high-quality technical support. Additionally, you will develop and enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations to guarantee seamless operations.
