Requirements
Must:
- Strong administration skills essential
- Basic technical knowledge of cars/vans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Interest in machinery and willingness to learn about our Multitel machines
- Customer-focused

- Previous experience in an admin role essential
- GCSE or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration required
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Plan and arrange the 6 months inspections on our vehicles
- Manage the MOT programme for our vehicles
- Report on breakdowns and analyze trends
- Direct our mobile service engineers to site breakdowns and provide information via our internal recording system
- Assess information from service calls
- Create, maintain, and update procedures within the technical support department
- Create, update, and monitor internal and external bulletins and communicate these to all service engineers within the company
Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Technical Support Department, based in Astley, Manchester. We offer full training along with ongoing development support. This role incorporates admin services to arrange inspections on our machines, handle MOTs, and manage warranty and breakdowns. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can progress into a technical support role.
