Responsibilities
- Transform complex operational data into accessible metrics
- Collaborate across teams to improve data quality and integrity
- Implement and enforce data governance policies and standards
- Support the development and maintenance of the metrics register
- Conduct regular data quality assessments
- Produce data quality action plans and manage their delivery
- Document findings and actions related to data quality assessments
- Coordinate the creation of metrics for regular reporting requirements
- Collaborate with the Insights team to develop actionable insights
- Advise and support colleagues on data responsibilities
- Maintain documentation for metrics calculation and reporting cycles
