Requirements
Must:
- Strong knowledge of UK customs procedures or freight forwarding
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hands-on experience completing import and export entries
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous experience in customer service (desirable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (desirable)
- Additional experience in import/export entries (desirable)

Responsibilities
- Support freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics companies in streamlining import and export processes
- Assist in using specialist systems within a supportive team environment
- Participate in a rotating shift pattern between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Engage in an on-call rota (weekdays only) after a probation period of 6-12 months

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a salary range of £35,000 to £37,000.
