Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with proven export sales experience and a clear track record of delivering results in international markets.
- Ideally, you will have a technical background with the ability to understand and explain product specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You must be able to be onsite in the Tamworth office every day to work closely with the wider team.

In this role, you will manage the full export sales process from enquiry through to delivery. This will involve responding to new business opportunities, negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for international clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring long-term relationships are nurtured and maintained.
