Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. Experience with document management systems—which may include contracts, maps, images, logs, etc.—as well as knowledge management or information management is highly desirable. Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, XML, and their roles in supporting documentation workflows is preferred. Exposure to industries such as engineering, construction, energy, oil & gas, or pharma is advantageous, though experience in professional services or consultancy will also be highly regarded. Candidates should ideally be within easy reach of Glasgow for occasional on-site client meetings.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Business Analyst, I will act as a trusted consultant to our clients, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and scoping projects. I will document both "as-is" and "to-be" processes, translating customer needs into clear, actionable insights. Additionally, I will support solution design and implementation by producing wireframes and documentation. I will also drive improvements in reporting, compliance, and information management across long-term capital projects.
