Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in a functional capacity
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and ERP with particular expertise in Supply Chain Management
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing process inputs and outputs, and the ability to translate business needs into functional ERP requirements
- Ability to propose solutions to business problems based on functional requirements and collaborate with technical colleagues for implementation and upgrades
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and XML preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead process analysis, solution design, configuration, and advanced support for our global ERP platform
- Partner with IT and business teams to drive best practices and enhance system performance
- Maximize ERP value by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide and validate enhancements
- Collaborate with technical colleagues for successful implementation of solutions
