Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in a functional capacity.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing and ERP, particularly in Supply Chain Management.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing process inputs and outputs, with the ability to translate business needs into functional ERP requirements.
- Ability to propose solutions to business problems based on functional requirements and collaborate with technical colleagues to plan for implementations and upgrades to complex solutions.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as an ERP Functional Application Specialist within Supply Chain. You will lead process analysis, solution design, configuration, and advanced support for our global ERP platform. This is a highly collaborative position, where you will partner with both IT and business teams to drive best-practice adoption, enhance system performance, and maximize ERP value. You will leverage your deep functional expertise in Supply Chain and manufacturing, along with your technical aptitude, to design scalable and secure solutions. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs by using data-driven insights to guide and validate enhancements.
