Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Qualys, Microsoft Defender, and Ironscales
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities
- Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
- Experience working directly with SIEM/SOC and optimizing this service
- Ability to develop and evolve SOC and SIEM operations with third-party partners
- Experience with network penetration testing and techniques
- Proven ability to develop and promote best practices for information security and conduct threat research
- Experience in writing detailed incident reports and documenting detections to effectively mitigate future breaches
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in a multi-site global organization
- Hands-on experience working under a cyber framework such as NIST or Cyber Essentials Plus
Responsibilities
In the role of Cyber Security Analyst, I will report directly to the Group Head of IT and act as the internal point of contact for security, ensuring the protection of our organization from cyber-attacks. I will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party support partners to monitor systems and evaluate threats as they arise.
