- Assess readiness for go-live and provide hands-on support during hypercare
- Drive user adoption and minimise resistance to change
Description
We are a major player in the shipping and logistics industry located in the Central Belt of Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead for an initial 6-month fixed term contract, offering a salary of up to £65,000 along with excellent benefits. In this role, you will support our IT department by leading organisational change activities for the rollout of a new service desk ticketing system, ensuring user adoption, effective communication, and strong stakeholder engagement.
