Requirements
Must:
- Previous / recent experience in a 1st Line Support, IT Service Desk Analyst, IT Support or IT Helpdesk role
- Excellent internal Customer Service skills with strong knowledge of call logging & ticket handling
- Deep Microsoft knowledge - Windows 10 & specifically Active Directory for user set-ups, JML activity & password resets
- Some additional knowledge across the wider M365 suite, Desktop & Device Management tools, AV Technologies, Remote Desktops and MDM Support (InTune) is highly advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for IT issues and escalate as necessary
- Manage and resolve customer queries through call logging and ticket handling
- Assist with user set-ups, password resets, and JML activities in Active Directory
- Support the use of M365 suite and related technologies
- Work collaboratively within the Service Desk team to ensure effective support delivery

We are a well-known Public Sector organization based in Glasgow, offering a hybrid working model. We are currently seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst for a contract role that will last until the end of March 2027. Our Service Desk is looking to enhance its support capabilities and we value candidates who can hit the ground running.
