Requirements
Must:
- MSP experience (desirable)
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
- Good understanding of wired/wireless networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with SonicWall, Aruba or similar hardware advantageous
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to non-technical users
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple open tickets
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incidents and requests, ensuring SLA targets are met
- Provide support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V, Citrix and hosted environments
- Troubleshoot networking issues including wireless, switching and access points
- Assist in onsite deployments, site audits and project rollout activities
- Document solutions and contribute to process improvements
- Communicate confidently with end users at all organisational levels
- Prioritise workload effectively and maintain clear, accurate ticket management
