Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering IT training, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with user support needs.
- Great communication skills with a patient, encouraging approach to training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and legal tech platforms like Liberate, BundleDocs, and Mimecast.
- Create practical, user-friendly training materials tailored to professionals at all levels.
- Support new joiners with IT onboarding and help staff feel confident using systems.
- Work closely with both the IT and HR teams to shape how training is delivered across the firm.
