Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years experience in an IT support or service desk environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11
- Experience with Active Directory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and Office applications
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience supporting LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi environments
Desirable Experience
- Experience with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Exposure to firewall technologies
- Microsoft 365 Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
- Support wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Log, track, and resolve incidents in line with service expectations
- Assist with ongoing IT projects and infrastructure improvements

We are a well-established and growing organization based in Ballymena, delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to join our collaborative IT team as an IT Support Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining critical IT systems across the business during a period of growth and transformation. We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, participation in an on-call rota, and an early finish on Fridays.
