Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft tech stack, including Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, M365, and Hyper-V.
- Experience with firewalls and networking technologies such as SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
- Knowledge of remote access technologies, including Citrix or RDP.
- An understanding of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security tools.
- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
Responsibilities
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will take on several key responsibilities:
- Manage and support our hybrid infrastructure, including Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, and VMware.
- Provide advanced Level 3 support for server, networking, and security-related issues.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance our disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Troubleshoot and support VPNs, SD-WAN, routers, and firewalls across our branch locations.
- Ensure that cybersecurity best practices are followed, including endpoint detection and response (EDR) and vulnerability management.
- Maintain server patching, system backups, and high-availability configurations.
- Collaborate with ERP and database teams to ensure performance and uptime.
- Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and various infrastructure projects.
- Maintain documentation and IT operational procedures.
- Support procurement and vendor management related to hardware and infrastructure.
