Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning professional
- Strong programming capability in Python, R, or similar
- Experience in handling diverse data sources
- Proven ability to build predictive models and generate actionable insights
- Comfortable working with large, complex datasets
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Naturally curious and adaptable, interested in AI, machine learning, and NLP
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from SQL databases, APIs, and both structured and unstructured data sources
- Build predictive and prescriptive models, including forecasting, regression, and clustering
- Design and deploy NLP-based solutions to derive insights from unstructured data
- Develop and implement generative AI use cases, including RAG, fine-tuning, and entity extraction
- Create dashboards and visualisations using Power BI to communicate insights clearly
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and client-facing teams
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations
- Support the ongoing development of AI and innovation initiatives
