Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience as an Azure DevOps / Cloud Engineer
- Deep knowledge of Azure services, including: Azure Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS
- Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers)
- Azure Storage and Azure SQL
- Azure AD / Entra ID and RBAC
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred, Bicep/ARM acceptable)
- Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services, healthcare, government, etc.)
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
- (Nice to Have) Experience with AKS and containerised workloads
- (Nice to Have) Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
- (Nice to Have) Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS or similar frameworks
- (Nice to Have) Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- (Nice to Have) Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Build and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep or ARM)
- Support and improve cloud platforms across core Azure services (compute, networking, storage, identity)
- Ensure platforms meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with engineering, security and governance teams
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to support operational resilience
- Contribute to documentation, standards and best practices
- Support audits and change management processes where required
