Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Level 2/3 technical/application support or similar, ideally within financial services or FinTech
- Strong skills in Unix/Linux environments
- Solid understanding of market data and order entry concepts
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach
- Exposure to FX, Fixed Income, or Crypto markets
- A logical, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience or knowledge in networking and deployment management (nice to have)
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Python, Bash) (nice to have)
- Familiarity with messaging protocols such as FIX or ITCH (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support a suite of market-leading financial infrastructure products used by major players in the global financial sector
- Provide advanced technical support to clients
- Assist with client onboarding processes
- Help ensure seamless performance across critical systems
- Collaborate with a technically strong team in a fast-paced environment
- Engage in problem-solving to address technical challenges
- Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and support
