Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Axure RP for prototyping and wireframing.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Figma or similar tools for UI design.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms is good to have.
- Experience in government or large-scale digital transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive prototypes using Axure for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and journey maps to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet business and user needs.
- Work with design systems and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on insights.
