Must:
As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate significant experience as a Training Lead within the Healthcare sector. You should have proven expertise in working on EPR (Electronic Patient Record) workstreams, projects, or programmes. A solid understanding of Cerner and Oracle Health EPR systems is essential. Additionally, you should possess good knowledge of information and information systems utilized in the NHS. Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement abilities are a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead training initiatives related to EPR systems and ensure effective learning and development within our teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, engaging with stakeholders to align objectives, and facilitating sessions that enhance user competency in utilizing these systems. Your leadership will be essential in driving the success of the major programme we are undertaking.

We are an International Consultancy looking for a Training Lead to join our team. This position offers a competitive rate of up to £365 per day (Outside IR35).
