- Strong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design practices.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to implement systems at scale.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating design system strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Bonus: experience in financial services or other complex enterprise domains.
- Bonus: track record of driving design system adoption across large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and Figma libraries.
- Support design token development.
- Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to ensure product needs are met.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the design system.
- Help teams adopt the design system through guidance and documentation.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accessibility.
- Explore how AI can improve design workflows and system scalability.
