Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in lead testing in a complex, multi-modal environment
- Strong understanding of programme-level test strategy and best practices
- Expertise in defining and shaping SIT, UAT, OAT, and NFR test approaches
- Experience in integration testing across multiple suppliers and systems
- Knowledge of defect lifecycle management
- Familiarity with customer journey validation and environment planning
- Experience in automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to create metrics and visibility of risks
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end testing capability
- Define and deliver a robust, outcome-driven test strategy for PAYG payments programme
- Shape the test approaches for SIT, UAT, OAT, and NFR
- Manage risk and mitigation strategies across the programme
- Oversee testing across various suppliers, systems, devices, and back-office services
- Establish and manage the defect lifecycle
- Validate cross-system customer journeys
- Clearly define environment planning and ownership
- Deliver an early automation MVP and integrate automation into CI/CD
- Build scalable regression capabilities and drive an automation coverage roadmap
- Establish programme-level quality assurance and create reporting metrics
Description
