Requirements
Must:
- Candidates must hold current SC Clearance
- Proven experience in a manual testing or test analyst role
- Strong skills in test design, execution, and exploratory testing
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Ability to clearly communicate defects and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT or production releases
- Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing manual test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
- Carrying out functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness
- Identifying, recording, and tracking defects with clear evidence and impact
- Testing for accessibility, usability, compatibility, and basic security risks
- Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and delivery managers
- Contributing to test documentation, test plans, and continuous quality improvements
Description
We are a recruitment agency seeking an SC Cleared Test Analyst for our client in Cardiff. This role offers a competitive rate of up to £350 per day inside IR35, with the flexibility of 1-2 days a week onsite and the remainder being work from home. You will be an integral part of our agile, multidisciplinary team, focusing on ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of digital services.
