Must:
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Demonstrable experience as a Technical Lead, providing Technical Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring
- Technical skills: Typescript, NodeJS, AWS (Cloudwatch, Lambda, SQS, S3), Terraform, PostgreSQL, and Java / Scala
- Working knowledge of collaboration tooling (Jira, Slack, Teams, Figma)
- Involvement in Release preparation
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and provide guidance to the team
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills
- Collaborate with end customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage the implementation of technical solutions using the specified technologies
- Facilitate effective communication within the team using collaboration tools
- Participate in the release preparation and ensure quality standards
