Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on On-Prem to Cloud (Azure) Migration(s)
- Ability to provide thorough Technical Analysis and a strong understanding of underlying Infrastructure services and platform(s) - As Is and To Be
- Capability to converse confidently with Technical Engineers
- Ability to communicate confidently with Business Stakeholders and non-Technical audiences to explain post-migration scenarios
- Ability to understand and discuss the Operating Model with key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Security and Non-Functional Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: Strong knowledge of Windows Infrastructure
- Nice to have: Azure certification
- Nice to have: Immediate availability
- Nice to have: Understanding of the data product lifecycle and cloud-native delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams during the migration process
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis to support migration initiatives
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Outline As Is and To Be scenarios for successful migration
- Address security and non-functional requirements throughout the project
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications effectively
- Assist in defining the Operating Model as it pertains to migration
- Provide insights on cloud-native standards and data product lifecycle
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
