Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer, I will assist with the migration setup, organize refresh clinics, and move the necessary quantity of devices from the storage location to the refresh clinic location as directed by the team lead. I will log into any required system using the devices provided by the project lead. My tasks will include refreshing laptops, updating workflow management systems, and collaborating with post-migration technical support specialists to conduct daily manual stock checks.
