Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of Huawei MAE or similar element-management platforms
- Knowledge of mobile network OSS, RAN architecture, and interdependent network layers
- Experience in OSS fault analysis, diagnostics, and remediation
- Broader OSS design experience (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with security tooling such as Qualys or CrowdStrike in conjunction with OSS platforms
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise the OSS element-management platform to ensure consistent performance and availability
- Analyse and resolve faults affecting the platform or associated data feeds
- Ensure accurate northbound performance, configuration, and alarm data is delivered to operational systems
- Work collaboratively within the OSS design team to uphold service continuity throughout network migration
- Support improvements, documentation, and stability initiatives across OSS domains
Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect / OSS Design Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract in Bristol. This hybrid role offers a competitive rate of £500 per day inside IR35. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuity of our critical element-management platform, with a focus on high service availability.
