Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integration technologies
- Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
- Experience delivering enhancements or implementing new ServiceNow modules
- Holds current SC Clearance
Responsibilities
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts)
- Develop automation and integrations using APIs, Flow Designer, and scripting
- Support implementation of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical guidance to users and administrators
- Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment guides
- Ensure solutions follow best practice, governance, and platform architecture standards
Description
