Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, modules, and platform constraints
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO)
- Strong understanding of governance, platform controls, and design best practices
- Ability to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Must currently hold SC Clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements
- Define technical architecture, data models, integrations, and workflow designs across the platform
- Provide governance and oversight across development, configuration, and implementation activities
- Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, solution options, and best-practice approaches
- Produce architectural documentation, including high-level designs, roadmaps, and integration frameworks
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across all solutions
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and business leads to deliver high-quality outcomes
Description
We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team and help design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for our local clients. This role offers a competitive daily rate of up to £703 and allows for remote working. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring architectural integrity and platform scalability while guiding technical teams. A valid SC Clearance is required to apply.
