Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with comprehensive knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, Python, or C++. Candidates should have full Software Development Lifecycle experience using either Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in relational databases, such as MySQL, MS SQL, or Progress Open Edge, is essential. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge in developing APIs, Continuous Integration (CI), and DevOps principles and practices. Experience with scripting tools, ideally PowerShell, is also necessary. A basic awareness of ITIL would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be a key player in our major 5-Year Digital Transformation Project. We are undergoing a significant re-structure of our IT Department, and we need an additional Senior Level Software Developer to provide leadership within the team. You will engage in the development process, ensuring the successful execution of software projects while guiding team members towards achieving our objectives.
Description
We offer a competitive basic salary of Β£58,000 along with a strong benefits package.
