Requirements
Must:
To succeed in this role, you will need essential skills and knowledge in:
- Cloud Networking (AWS or Azure)
- HP / Aruba switches
- Fortinet / Firewalls / migration
- Routing/Switching and Firewall expertise
- Understanding of ITIL
- Network technology and telephony
Additionally, you must have proven experience and the ability to:
- Manage and support a variety of network services technology
- Maintain standards for information security
- Respond to complaints effectively
You must also be able to achieve SC clearance.
Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for the adoption and use of information and digital technology. You will be part of a team that ensures the effective operation, support, and maintenance of existing operational technology systems. This includes managing technology infrastructure such as servers, databases, and networks, as well as end-user devices like desktop PCs, smartphones, and tablets. Furthermore, you will oversee the network infrastructure, which includes providing telephony and both local and national network access—critical elements in delivering and supporting well-engineered IT services and products necessary for meeting the company's needs.
